What’s your return policy?

All items are final sale, no returns are accepted.

We may replace items if they have arrived damaged. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. 

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a store credit for a future purchase in the full amount you paid for the product. Please note that your original shipping charges are not credited.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you’ve received a damaged Del Lote 47 piece. Please reach out to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I receive a refund for damaged items?

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive a store credit for a future purchase in the full amount you paid for the product if you received a damage item. Please note that your original shipping charges are not credited. Sorry no refunds.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Oh no, sorry about that! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered!
